YOGA

Certified teachers trained in a variety of styles will offer weekly classes for club members. Currently we have yin yoga and Saturdays at 9:30am

MEDITATION

Leaders who practice many traditions will offer weekly classes for the novice and the experienced. One class weekly and one practice group to start us off. More will be added as the club grows. Currently Tuesdays at 6:30pm

QI GONG

This is similar to Tai Chi. It moves energy, strengthens connective tissues, helps balance and promotes wellness. Two experienced teachers with extensive training will lead this class weekly.
